Hazy Blonde is an unfiltered Helles Lager that pours a hazy, pale straw colour with a persistent, white head. The name of the style, Kellerbier, originates from the term “cellar beer” which was traditionally in reference to its cool lagering temperature. The beer has a yeast driven aroma with notes of straw and hints of citrus.

Hazy Blonde has prominent flavours of fresh white bread and a lingering finish reminiscent of German malts. Our Kellerbier is a light and easy-drinking brew, yet is still satisfying for anyone who tends to prefer bolder beers. Drink it fresh! Don’t be concerned if you find some sediment in your can or bottle, it is just a sign of the fresh, unfiltered brewing process.
